About This Role

As a Teacher of Geography, you will deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, encouraging students to explore and understand the world around them. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive department and make a real impact on student learning during the cover period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Geography lessons
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
  • Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and engagement
  • Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment opportunities
  • Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

We are looking for candidates with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, a degree in Geography or a related discipline, strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching, excellent classroom management and communication skills and the ability to quickly integrate into a team and maintain continuity for students.
