• Brings a proven track record of raising standards in behaviour and culture across one or more schools.
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status and experience as an Assistant or Deputy Headteacher.
• Is confident using data to inform target setting and pedagogy.
• Shares our values of collaboration, social justice, and continuous improvement.
