Job Specification

Essential

• QTS and PGCE/PGDE/PGDipEd/BEd
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 & KS4 for various ability levels
• Ability to teach A level
• Confidence in teaching key subjects such as programming, networks, cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence
• Proven track record of delivering consistently engaging lessons and achieving outstanding results
• Commitment to raising standards for all students through collaboration and co-planning
• Dedication to the principles of inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing
• Passion for developing and engaging in the school’s Professional Learning Community
