Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a valid Primary Teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed. and/or PGCE).
  • Demonstrate confidence and a proven record of achieving outstanding results in Primary classroom teaching for this role.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of The National Curriculum for England and Wales and its associated assessment methods.
  • Emphasize the pastoral care of children, recognizing the importance of balancing academic achievement with social development, and be skilled at identifying safeguarding issues.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and maintain a positive attitude towards individual and collaborative professional development.
  • Be prepared to begin at Jebel Ali School in August 2026.
