Islamic Studies Teacher

GEMS United Indian School is seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Islamic Studies Teacher to join our team in April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and deliver captivating lessons that align with the curriculum and school standards.
- Teach essential subjects using differentiated instruction tailored to accommodate the varied needs of students.
- Employ diverse teaching strategies and resources, including digital tools and technology, to enrich the learning experience.
- Integrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning techniques into everyday instruction.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere that encourages independence, confidence, and curiosity.
- Maintain precise and thorough records of student progress and compile detailed achievement reports.
- Establish and uphold clear classroom routines along with high standards for behavior and academic performance.
- Effectively manage the classroom to ensure safety, engagement, respect, and positive learning behaviors.
- Comply with and promote all school policies regarding discipline, safeguarding, and student welfare.
- Cultivate positive relationships with students and support their social-emotional development.
- Actively engage in extracurricular activities, school events, assemblies, and educational field trips.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of students at all times.
- Consistently adhere to all GEMS policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
