About This Role
I-Shou International School, located in Taiwan, is a dynamic educational institution focused on providing outstanding international education. We are seeking a dedicated IB MYP/IGCSE Science Teacher to join our team, starting in August 2026.
Applicants for this position must hold a passport from a country where English is an official language and possess a current, valid teacher registration/license that allows them to teach in public schools within their home country or abroad.

The successful applicant will be tasked with creating and delivering engaging and effective science lessons that encourage curiosity and critical thinking, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Education (minimum requirement), with experience in ELL preferred
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a relevant subject area
- Familiarity with the IB MYP curriculum and/or IGCSE syllabus is advantageous
- Strong grasp of scientific principles in biology, chemistry, physics, or integrated science
- Ability to create interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Competence in utilizing educational technology tools for classroom instruction
A current and active government-issued teaching license/registration is essential.
