All About Children Tītahi Bay is a privately owned centre that truly celebrates tamariki, kaiako and the beauty of the outdoors.


We are seeking a passionate, confident, and experienced ECE qualified and fully registered teacher to support our house teams in delivering high-quality practice and curriculum. You are someone who:



  • Is genuinely passionate about working with toddlers and provides responsive, respectful care

  • Treats tamariki with empathy, confidence, and clarity

  • Is reflective and open-minded, continually adding to your kete of professional knowledge

  • Is well organised and confident with planning, assessment, and documentation

  • Is culturally responsive and affirms the identities, languages, and cultures of all tamariki

  • Is resilient and adaptable, seeing challenges as opportunities for growth

  • Is committed to bicultural practice and upholds Te Tiriti o Waitangi in everyday teaching

  • Can confidently support daily centre operations and contribute to team leadership


What you’ll need



  • A recognised ECE qualification

  • A full, current NZ Teacher Practising Certificate

  • Valid working rights in New Zealand (please note: we are not an accredited employer at this time)

  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in ECE settings, with previous Team Leader experience preferred
