About This Role

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an innovative thinker and doer with a broad range of IT knowledge to set strategy and deliver results. You will design—or lead the design—of ETONHOUSE's digital environments and platforms across student information and learning (SIS/LMS), parent/community solutions, data & analytics, automation, and an AI sandbox for safe testing and scaling of new technologies within PDPA and school governance guardrails. You’ll co-design with educators and operations, work closely with Group IT, and oversee partners/vendors to ensure interoperability and measurable value for students, families, and staff.

Job Description

  • Set Direction: Build a 3-year digital roadmap and target architecture (SIS/LMS/CRM, identity/SSO, data, APIs, cloud) aligned to school priorities and ROI.

  • Deliver Products: Lead discovery and delivery of high-impact initiatives (admissions, parent engagement, classroom tools, workflow automation).

  • Hands-On POCs: Prototype solutions yourself (e.g., Python utilities, Power BI dashboards, low-code apps, API integrations) to de-risk and accelerate adoption.

  • Data & AI: Stand up analytics foundations and operational dashboards; run an AI sandbox (chatbots, document intelligence, workload reduction) with human-in-the-loop controls.

  • Interoperability & Compliance: With Group IT, implement secure integrations, SSO/RBAC, and privacy‑by‑design under PDPA.

  • Partners & Change: Run RFPs/SOWs, manage SLAs, and drive change enablement with campus “digital champions.”

Qualifications:

  • At least Innovation + Strategy: Proven ability to think out of the box and also craft clear digital strategy across enterprise/school IT.

  • Breadth of Tech Insight: Interoperability/APIs, identity/SSO, automation, analytics/BI, AI, cloud, cybersecurity basics.

  • Build Skills: Comfortable creating POCs hands-on using Python, related Technical Skillset, Power BI/analytics, SQL, and low‑code (e.g., Power Platform).

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Confident working with principals, teachers, and functional leads; strong vendor and project delivery management.

  • Fast‑Paced Execution: Bias to action, measurable outcomes, and benefits realisation.

  • Nice to Have: Experience in the education sector (international/K‑12/higher ed), and relevant certifications (Agile, cloud, data).

  • Experience & Education: ~5+ years in digital/technology/innovation with leadership of cross-functional delivery; Relevant Academic Qualifications.

How to Apply

Send your CV and a short note highlighting two relevant projects, plus a link or screenshots of a POC you built (Python/Power BI/low‑code).
