Candidates for these roles must:

• Exemplify and embody our foundational values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all endeavors
• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification
• Demonstrate a solid track record of teaching Secondary A Level Biology
• Show a willingness to collaborate and share their exemplary practices
• Exhibit a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
• Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
• Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching experiences

In-person interviews will take place in the UK from February 20th–22nd at four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
