Candidates for these roles must:
- Exemplify and embody our foundational values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all endeavors
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate a solid track record of teaching Secondary A Level Biology
- Show a willingness to collaborate and share their exemplary practices
- Exhibit a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching experiences

- Be prepared to actively contribute to our school community and culture through involvement in extracurricular activities and community events.
In-person interviews will take place in the UK from February 20th–22nd at four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
