Programme Director for Form V and Form VI (Year 12 & 13 in UK)

San Silvestre is in search of a Form V & VI Programme Director (equivalent to Year 12 and Year 13 in the UK) to start in August 2026. This role reports directly to the Head of Senior School and joins the Secondary Senior Leadership Team.

In this position, you will provide leadership, administrative oversight, organizational skills, and supervision to ensure the optimal development of students and the programs within Form V & VI.

The role focuses on supporting both students and staff, while also enhancing parent and community understanding of pathways for students post-Form IV. This individual will serve as the connection between the school and the IBO.
