Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer

Location: The British School of Nanjing

The British School of Nanjing, part of the Nord Anglia Education family and recognized as a leading organization in private education globally, is seeking a Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer to aid in the growth of our school community.

This position is a client-facing role that encompasses exceptional admissions management alongside proactive inquiry generation, with a particular emphasis on engaging the Korean community. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in welcoming families, fostering relationships, and enhancing enrollment.

The role

In your capacity as the Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer, you will oversee the entire admissions process for Korean families—from initial inquiry to enrolment—while also assisting with broader admissions initiatives throughout the school.

Collaborating closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams, you will focus on building robust connections within the Korean community, generating new inquiries, and representing the school at events and outreach programs.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives on interpersonal interactions, community building, and contributing to the school's growth.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

· A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

· Relevant experience in admissions, customer service, sales, marketing, or similar areas.

· Familiarity with CRM or database management systems.

· Experience in education or international schools is preferred.

· Proficiency in Korean and/or English or Chinese (both written and spoken).

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Capability to balance administrative duties with proactive outreach efforts.

· A warm, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.

· A proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude.

· Cultural awareness and understanding of Korean family expectations.

· A sincere interest in education and community involvement.
