The Role
We are in search of a specialist in early childhood education who can nurture a passion for learning through our Inquiry-Based curriculum. For candidates with suitable experience, the opportunity to take on the Phase Leader position for Early Years may also be available.
Professional Requirements & Attributes
· A specialist qualification in Early Years/Primary Education (QTS, PGCE, PGCEi, B.Ed) or a comparable professional credential from your home country.
· A solid track record of teaching experience in the UK or at an accredited British International School.
· Proven capability to manage change and motivate staff towards excellence, especially relevant for those interested in the Phase Leader position.
· Familiarity with data tracking and GL Assessments is highly advantageous.
· A dedication to addressing the needs of a diverse international student community.
· The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and the ability to integrate various educational philosophies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Forest School principles.
· Strong expertise in delivering the Phonics program is highly desirable.
