Professional Requirements and Attributes

· Possession of a full UK teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, PGCEi, B.Ed) or an equivalent professional qualification from your home country.

· A solid history of teaching experience within the UK or at an accredited British International School.

· A strong commitment to maintaining high teaching standards through an Inquiry-based method, with emphasis on STEM and AI incorporation.

· A creative and adaptable approach to curriculum development, along with proficient Assessment for Learning (AfL) capabilities.

· Demonstrated capacity to manage change effectively while motivating staff to strive for excellence.

· Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to transparent communication with parents, staff, and students.

· Familiarity with data tracking, particularly GL Assessments, would be a beneficial asset.

· Full adherence to Safer Recruitment practices and a deep commitment to safeguarding children's welfare.
