About This Role
Saint Paul American Scholars (SPAS) is an expanding K-12 educational district dedicated to fostering responsible citizenship and preparing students for higher education. A positive school environment is vital, marked by exceptional teaching and effective student learning. This necessitates a secure atmosphere for everyone involved with SPAS, alongside a strong focus on citizenship and the fair application of rules throughout the Saint Paul Scholars community. We recognize the importance of parental involvement in the educational journey, emphasizing their role in the achievement and behavior of their children.
At SPAS, we are in search of educators who view themselves as more than mere teachers. Ideal candidates have a genuine desire to assist struggling students, challenge those who excel, and understand the reasons behind student performance. Their passion is fueled by the commitment to ensure that each student not only survives but thrives. These educators seek to collaborate with fellow teachers and stakeholders to enhance the educational experience for their students.
Candidates must realize that teaching encompasses more than just assigning, collecting, and grading assignments. If this resonates with you, we are eager to hear from you.
