Aldar Education is currently on the lookout for an exceptional Teacher - ICT (Computer Science) to join Noya British School in Abu Dhabi for the upcoming Academic Year AY2026/27.

Key responsibilities include:
• Fostering positive relationships with all members of the school community.
• Collaborating with fellow educators to design engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards.
• Communicating with colleagues and adapting to various teaching needs.
• Partnering with curriculum support staff (where applicable) to enhance children's development.
Specific Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning:
• Comprehensive understanding of the Curriculum.
• Arranging classroom resources and displays to create a stimulating and interactive learning atmosphere.
• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse abilities within the classroom.
• Inspiring students through enthusiastic and creative teaching methods.
• Monitoring and evaluating students in accordance with school assessment standards.
Assessment and Data:
• Taking ownership of a class's learning progress.
• Adhering to assessment protocols and documenting students' development through Target Tracker.
• Utilizing assessment data to guide future planning, resource allocation, and interventions.
• Communicating student progress to parents and guardians during Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings.
Behavior Management and Duties:
• Adhering to the school's behavior management policies.
• Effectively managing classes with approaches tailored to students' needs to inspire and challenge them.
• Performing duties as directed in line with school policies.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject along with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
Minimum Experience:
• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience.
