About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy is a friendly and inviting workplace situated in the Al Barsha South region of Dubai. We are excited to offer an opportunity to become part of our team.

Since its establishment in 2017, the school has been dedicated to providing an inclusive, engaging, and exceptional education to a diverse international student body, ranging from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand to Year 13 in the future.

Our modern campus features separate buildings for each educational phase, alongside a 380-seat auditorium. Additional facilities include three temperature-controlled swimming pools, well-equipped science and computer labs, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. Covering an expansive 292,000 square feet, our campus houses three dedicated buildings for each phase, and we are proud to have recently opened our new secondary building in August 2025, representing our most ambitious endeavor to date.

Dubai Heights Academy follows the National Curriculum for England, tailored to meet local requirements and complemented by Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Moreover, we have collaborated with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based curriculum for secondary students and an early language program utilizing social robots for primary students, enriching our already comprehensive curriculum.

Our guiding philosophy, encapsulated in our school ethos, “Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters,” reinforces our belief that every student deserves the finest education, irrespective of their background or abilities.
