Inclusion (SEN) Teacher

The Role

We seek an experienced Inclusion Teacher who is enthusiastic about assisting students with diverse learning needs through tailored instruction, differentiated teaching methods, and Individual Education Plans (IEPs). The ideal candidate will manage a specialized Inclusion classroom, work closely with therapists and specialists, and collaborate with teachers, families, and the broader Inclusion team to ensure that every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field

• SEN training or specialized certification is preferred

• Teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting students with SEND

• Strong understanding of SEN pedagogy, intervention strategies, and IEP implementation

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities

• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and a global perspective
