Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Educational Degree (BEd, MEd, PGCE/i) or its equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or a similar primary setting
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK National Curriculum for KS1
- Capability to design, implement, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to the specific needs of young learners
- Strong classroom management abilities, fostering a positive learning environment
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology in teaching practices
