Learning Support Assistant

• Committed to working with children with SEND
• An intelligent and reflective practitioner seeking to extend their professional skills
• Flexible in their approach to school life and positive in outlook
• Well organised and calm with a systematic approach to learning
• Able to work as a member of a team, providing motivation and support to colleagues
• Able to support learning within EYFS and KS1 of the national curriculum ensuring pupils make progress
