Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, social, and emotional issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and assist in creating personalized strategies for success.
- Lead workshops and seminars aimed at promoting mental health awareness and resilience among students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field is required.
- Licensure as a School Counselor in accordance with state regulations.
- Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, staff, and families.
