About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy is on the lookout for a skilled Head of Maths to join our dedicated team starting in August 2025.

Dubai Heights Academy is known for its supportive and inclusive work environment. Situated in Al Barsha South, Dubai, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and forward-thinking Head of Maths.

Founded in 2017, our school provides an exceptional and inclusive education to an international student body from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand organically to Year 13. The modern campus features separate buildings for each educational phase, a 380-seat auditorium, three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, dedicated spaces for art, design technology, music, and drama, as well as a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-sized football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. The 2025-2026 academic year will introduce a new secondary building, significantly enhancing our current facilities.

We offer a curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, based on the National Curriculum for England, while also fulfilling local requirements. This includes instruction in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Furthermore, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create a specialized AI project-based program for secondary students and an early language initiative utilizing social robots for primary students, to enrich our comprehensive curriculum.

Our philosophy is encapsulated in our school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind, and Everybody matters.’ We firmly believe that every student deserves the highest quality education, irrespective of background and ability.
