  • A values-driven leader with the stature and influence to inspire, motivate, and challenge at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive school-wide inclusive strategy that delivers outstanding outcomes for all learners.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience in building capacity and empowering others.
  • An unshakeable belief in the potential for all children to succeed with the right support and high expectations.
  • A relentless commitment to eliminating barriers to learning and ensuring equitable access, participation, and achievement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build trust with students, staff, and families.
  • A reflective, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic, international, and high-expectation environment.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and holistic development.
  • A willingness to fully engage in the broader life of the school and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • A dedication to ongoing professional development and leading high-quality CPD in inclusive practices.
