  • Quality & Compliance: Visit our 6 kitchen sites regularly to ensure immaculate hygiene standards, smooth day-to-day operations, and up-to-date compliance paperwork.

  • Menu Development: Design creative, appealing menus that strictly adhere to national School Food Standards while working within set financial budgets.

  • Operational Oversight: Act as a knowledgeable guide and support link for our on-site kitchen teams.
