About This Role

Purpose of Role

ISP Teacher Key Responsibilities

- Create lesson plans that align with the established school and curriculum standards.

- Modify and revise lesson plans to cater to individual student needs, adhere to newly introduced guidelines, incorporate relevant updates, and leverage recent educational advancements.

- Tailor the curriculum to accommodate student requirements while ensuring overall class advancement.

- Maintain and continuously enhance a thorough understanding of curriculum programs and frameworks.

- Evaluate and document student progress, identifying areas needing improvement or additional support.

- Foster a safe and positive learning atmosphere for students.

- Collaborate with all staff members involved with students.

- Regularly engage with parents in accordance with school protocols, including providing updates on student progress and addressing necessary disciplinary matters.

- Manage a variety of student ability levels.

- Uphold order and discipline within the classroom while ensuring safety and compliance with school rules and policies.

- Participate in occasional professional development seminars.

- Attend and contribute to school meetings focusing on curriculum, organization, and policy updates.

- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor or the Deputy Head.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Teacher skills

Classroom Management, Curriculum Development, Lesson Planning, In-depth Knowledge of Subject Area, Flexible Teaching Methods, Innovative Problem-Solving, Patience, Empathy, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Organizational Skills, Ability to Meet Deadlines, Cultural Sensitivity.

Qualification & Experience:

- Must be a native speaker and possess a valid passport from the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or South Africa.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a Bachelor of Arts, along with an internationally recognized teaching certification such as PGCE/PGCertEd/QTS.

- Have a minimum of three years of international teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.

- Maintain a clear criminal record.

₫66,000,000 - ₫86,000,000 per month (Salary and housing allowance, other benefits)
