Essential Requirements


A minimum of 2 years of recent, successful teaching experience


A graduate-qualified teacher


A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area


Possession of Qualified Teacher Status along with proof of relevant in-service training


Proven experience working with students in the age group you will be teaching


Evidence of the ability to inspire students within an engaging learning environment


Experience in utilizing ICT to enhance learning

Desirable


A master's degree would be advantageous


Background in teaching EAL students


Experience in delivering IGCSE and A Level courses


Prior experience in an international school and familiarity with the British education system


Demonstrated ability to set clear goals and objectives for students, resulting in substantial improvements in subject achievement


Understanding of positive disciplinary methods


Knowledge of child development and its influence on behavior
