Mathematics Teacher

The Position

We are seeking a dedicated mathematics teacher to deliver the curriculum as outlined by the Principal:

- Instructing IGCSE mathematics
- Instructing A Level mathematics
- Assisting students in preparing for university-level mathematics
- Maintaining classroom behavior and fostering a respectful environment
- Tracking student progress and evaluating assignments
- Writing reports and engaging with parents as necessary
- Keeping an accurate and up-to-date attendance register
- Supervising recess and lunch periods as assigned

The welfare of our students is of utmost importance:

- Participating in one of the School’s Houses and supporting its organized activities
- Adhering to the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures
- Communicating with the Senior Leadership Team and parents as needed
- Carrying out evening boarding supervision duties responsibly and in accordance with School policy (typically once every two to three weeks)

Contributing to the School’s extracurricular offerings through activities and clubs, such as:

- Sports
- Arts
- Academic enrichment
- Outdoor activities

Performing other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the School’s Leadership Team, including:

- Collaborating with marketing and admissions
- Attending staff meetings, professional development training, etc.
- Participating in school-wide events like Foundation Day
- Serving on school committees
