Teacher responsibilities include:
Creating lesson plans and instructional materials while providing tailored individual and small group instruction to meet each student’s needs;
Assessing students’ academic and social development, maintaining appropriate records, and preparing progress reports;
Engaging in communication with parents;
Collaborating with school administrators and fellow teachers;
Participating in curriculum development and professional growth sessions;
Assisting in organizing activities and events both within and outside the school setting.
