Founded in 2014, GEMS FirstPoint School is a distinguished British Curriculum institution located in the lively Villa community of Dubai. The school currently accommodates approximately 2,000 students, ranging from Nursery (age 2) to Year 13, with ambitious growth plans ahead.

FPS takes pride in being an inclusive, values-driven institution, with a diverse student body representing over 90 nationalities. Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or an equivalent qualification.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Proven strong classroom practice with a track record of inspiring and motivating students.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and personalized learning.
  • Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and professional learning culture.
