Teacher of Geography

Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba Secondary is seeking applications for the role of Teacher of Geography to join our committed team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

Essential:

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a comparable qualification
• A profound understanding and enthusiasm for the subject that you are eager to share with students
• Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience; however, we will consider new educators with a strong desire for excellence
• A proven ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons with a track record of outstanding results
• Strong collaboration skills and effective communication abilities
• Evidence of recent professional development relevant to this position
• Innovative ideas to enhance the department’s visibility within the school
• Proficient ICT skills that support learning in modern classrooms
• A commitment to participating in the extra-curricular program
• A dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance
• A creative, innovative, and positive approach to teaching

Desirable:

• Experience working internationally or with diverse student populations
