**Candidates must possess:**
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as a B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- Exceptional subject expertise, with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience preferred).
- Experience teaching IGCSE and AS/A level (International Baccalaureate experience is desirable).
- The capability to teach A-level French is essential, with Spanish at KS4 being advantageous. Familiarity with IB would be beneficial, although not mandatory.
- A demonstrated history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- A commitment to engaging in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
