Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area or an equivalent qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for imparting knowledge to students
- Experience teaching GCSE and A Level curricula
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is preferred, although applications from new teachers striving for excellence are welcomed
- Ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons with a proven history of exceptional outcomes
- Strong collaborative spirit and effective communication capabilities
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development related to this role
- Innovative ideas to boost the department's profile within the school
- Proficient ICT skills that demonstrate the role of technology in contemporary classrooms
- Commitment to the extra-curricular program
- Dedication to the welfare and pastoral care of all students in your charge
