Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area or an equivalent qualification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for imparting knowledge to students
• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level curricula
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is preferred, although applications from new teachers striving for excellence are welcomed
• Ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons with a proven history of exceptional outcomes
• Strong collaborative spirit and effective communication capabilities
• Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development related to this role
• Innovative ideas to boost the department's profile within the school
• Proficient ICT skills that demonstrate the role of technology in contemporary classrooms
• Commitment to the extra-curricular program
• Dedication to the welfare and pastoral care of all students in your charge
• A creative, positive, and innovative approach

Desirable:

• Experience working internationally or with students from varied backgrounds
