Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • A bachelor's degree relevant to the subject area or an equivalent qualification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
  • Demonstrated strong subject knowledge and a true enthusiasm for imparting knowledge to our students
  • Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, though we also welcome applications from new educators with high aspirations
  • Ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons with a proven history of achieving exceptional results
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Evidence of recent professional development applicable to this role
  • Innovative ideas to enhance the department's visibility within the school
  • Proficient ICT skills that reflect the integration of technology in modern classrooms
