Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or its equivalent.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and an enthusiasm for the subject that you are eager to share with students.
  • Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level.
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is preferred; however, new teachers aspiring to excel are welcome to apply.
  • Capable of delivering consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
  • Exhibit a highly collaborative spirit and strong communication abilities.
  • Provide evidence of recent professional development relevant to this role.
  • Offer innovative ideas to elevate the department's profile within the school.
  • Possess ICT skills that reflect the integration of technology in contemporary classrooms.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the extra-curricular program.
  • Show dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance.
  • Maintain an innovative, creative, and positive mindset.

Desirable:

  • Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds.
