JESS Arabian Ranches Secondary School is seeking an exceptional, enthusiastic, and dedicated Maternity Leave Cover Business Studies and BTEC Business Teacher to commence in August 2026, joining our vibrant Business and Economics Department. This role will be available starting the week of 17 August 2026 until approximately 15 January 2027. It is ideal for a Business Studies and BTEC Business Teacher with proven experience and a track record of excellence in teaching GCSE and IBDP Business Studies, as well as BTEC Business at levels 2 and 3.

- Be a fully qualified and experienced Business Studies Teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification, holding a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- Have a background in teaching and a strong record of achieving successful academic outcomes in GCSE, BTEC, and/or IBDP courses.
- Be dedicated to their own professional development, having completed relevant recent training that qualifies them for this role.
- Be skilled in utilizing and promoting a range of teaching and learning strategies, capable of creating a stimulating and safe learning environment by setting high expectations and implementing effective classroom management and organization.
- Have a successful history of outstanding teaching.
