Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education from an accredited institution, with a specialization in the relevant subject area for KG, C1, C2, and C3.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience is required.
• Experience must include full-time responsibility for a complete class of students throughout an academic year.
• Experience should be relevant to the specific educational cycle and subject area.
• Teaching experience in the UAE and familiarity with the local education system and cultural aspects is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential in relevant teaching contexts.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, assessment methods, student learning strategies, and behavior management.
• Subject-specific expertise is necessary.
• Leadership skills, including managing students, personnel, and classroom dynamics.
• Relationship management abilities with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate change effectively.
• Skills in classroom management.
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• High emotional intelligence.
