Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education from an accredited institution, with a specialization in the relevant subject area for KG, C1, C2, and C3.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience is required.
- Experience must include full-time responsibility for a complete class of students throughout an academic year.
- Experience should be relevant to the specific educational cycle and subject area.
- Teaching experience in the UAE and familiarity with the local education system and cultural aspects is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential in relevant teaching contexts.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, assessment methods, student learning strategies, and behavior management.
- Subject-specific expertise is necessary.
- Leadership skills, including managing students, personnel, and classroom dynamics.
- Relationship management abilities with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate change effectively.
- Skills in classroom management.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- High emotional intelligence.
