Job Specification

Essential

  • QTS and PGCSE/PDiP
  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or physics
  • At least two years of teaching experience in science at KS3 & KS4, catering to all ability levels
  • Capability and enthusiasm for teaching A level biology
  • Proven record of outstanding student achievement
  • Commitment to raising standards for all students
  • Dedication to the principles of inclusion, diversity, and well-being
  • Willingness to develop and engage with the school’s Professional Learning Community
