About This Role

An exceptional and inspiring Primary SEN Class Teacher is sought to become a part of our inclusive community, starting from August 2025.

We are looking for a seasoned SEN educator who possesses a deep understanding of inclusive practices that cater to neurodiverse learners, along with a dedication to professional development, reflection, and growth. This individual will confidently manage a classroom of 8 to 10 students who necessitate a higher degree of adaptation to enhance their learning experiences. Collaboration with a committed team of teachers and therapists will be essential to develop and tailor pedagogical strategies, including whole class therapy lessons, that effectively support our diverse learners. The ideal candidate will showcase outstanding communication skills while partnering with parents, staff, and the students.

You will cultivate a classroom environment rooted in respect, facilitating learning through inquiry and dialogue, and providing a safe space where every learner feels valued and can thrive.

In conjunction with other specialists at the school, including therapists and the educational psychologist, you will craft and implement a personalized curriculum for each child in your class, addressing both academic and life skills to ensure they achieve optimal outcomes in our inclusive international school setting.

You will uphold high expectations for our students and act as a champion for inclusion and neurodiversity throughout the school. By designing personalized learning activities aligned with our school's curriculum, you will help foster a learning culture that reflects our core values.

The successful applicant will exhibit a passion for excellence in teaching and learning, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development to ensure the best possible progress and outcomes for our students.
