Ideal candidates should:

• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Have demonstrable experience teaching at the primary level - KS2
• Be willing to collaborate and share their exemplary practices
• Maintain a growth mindset, demonstrating reflectiveness and a solution-oriented focus
• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to their teaching methods
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
