Skills

Ideal candidates will be expected to:

  • Exemplify and embody our core values of integrity, empathy, and fortitude in all endeavors.
  • Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
  • Have demonstrable experience in teaching at the primary level - KS1.
  • Be open to collaboration and sharing exemplary practices.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, showcasing reflective and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching experiences.
  • Aspire to contribute to a world-class school with genuine opportunities for career enhancement.
  • Actively engage in our school community and culture, including participation in extracurricular activities and community events.

In-person interviews will occur in the UK from February 20th to 22nd at four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.

Compensation
