Your Responsibilities

As a Primary English Homeroom Teacher, you will:

  • Share teaching responsibilities for a primary class alongside a French homeroom teacher
  • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons that align with the French National Curriculum, while incorporating UK/US best practices
  • Collaborate to ensure continuity, coherence, and progress in bilingual education
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Establish strong, respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Engage actively in school life and contribute to pedagogical discussions

Your Qualifications

We are looking for educators who are:

  • Experienced Primary teachers with a strong foundation in classroom practices
  • Native-level or completely fluent in English
  • Enthusiastic about collaborative teaching
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and culturally aware
  • Dedicated to innovation, inclusion, and student well-being
  • Comfortable working within an international, French-accredited framework

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Primary Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated teaching experience (international experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with children aged 3 to 10
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
