Successful candidates will:

- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent in PE or a related discipline
- Demonstrate experience teaching PE at the Secondary level
- Exhibit a strong focus on football, with a background in coaching and leading school teams
- Be able to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across KS3–KS5
- Show exemplary teaching and coaching techniques
- Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom
- Possess excellent interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning outcomes
- Be dedicated to actively participating in the school’s extracurricular and competitive sports programs
