Person specifications:
- Possess a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Demonstrate experience in teaching Music from KS1
- Be willing to collaborate and share best practices
- Exhibit a growth mindset with reflective and solution-oriented thinking
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Have strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
