About This Role

Currently, we have reached our licensed capacity of 740 students. Our curriculum is based on the British National Curriculum, tailored for international contexts from Early Years to Year 9, with IGCSEs for Years 10 and 11, and the IB Diploma Programme for Years 12 and 13. JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Music Administrator to support the efficient operation and development of our music program.

This role primarily focuses on administrative management, communication, and program assistance, with opportunities to engage in piano accompaniment or music technology as applicable and desired.

The chosen candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the music department, supporting both music staff and students while enhancing the overall quality of our music programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

  • Proven experience in administrative coordination within a music or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean.
  • Ability to effectively manage schedules, events, and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience supporting music programs, concerts, or performances.
  • Familiarity with music-related administrative tasks (such as exam entries, instrument inventory, scheduling, event coordination).
  • Willingness to provide piano accompaniment or assist with music technology responsibilities if necessary.

Employment Period:

  • Until approximately December 31, 2026.

Visa Requirement:

Candidates must hold a valid working visa for Korea, as this position does not offer visa sponsorship. Applications without a valid visa will be automatically disqualified and may affect eligibility for future roles.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
