We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Middle/High School Drama Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and inspire students in grades 6 through 12 by helping them develop their skills in drama and theatre arts. Key responsibilities include directing one full-length play featuring both middle and high school students, along with one or two smaller one-act performances.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theatre Education, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience at the middle or high school level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of drama techniques, theatre production, script analysis, and performance arts.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the U.S. curriculum or equivalent international standards.
  • Ability to design engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a talent for inspiring creativity in students.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Experience in integrating technology into performing arts education is an advantage.
