Serving the Dukhan township, which encompasses over 40 nationalities, our school accommodates around 1,100 students. Our newly constructed campus spans 27 acres and features cutting-edge educational facilities, including an 800-seat auditorium, a 1,500-person assembly hall, three sports halls, advanced science laboratories, music rooms for individual instruction, an outdoor swimming pool, and an all-weather sports pitch.

We are in search of an inspiring leader with a minimum of four years of experience, someone enthusiastic and knowledgeable who can propel the Expressive Arts Faculty forward.

The successful candidate will:

- Guide colleagues in enhancing pedagogical inquiry and practices, offering feedback and facilitating professional development.
- Foster a collaborative culture within the department and across the school.
- Strategically oversee the curriculum's development over time, ensuring that changes are both manageable and effective in enhancing students' knowledge, skills, and conceptual understanding.
- Possess experience in working with a concept-based curriculum.

Additionally, we are looking for an exceptional educator who:

- Has relevant experience teaching up to KS5/A Level (Music/Art).
- Is a reflective practitioner dedicated to ongoing professional development.
- Is engaged with current research and has practical experience utilizing evidence-based teaching strategies that challenge and support all learners.
- Has a robust understanding of and interest in strategies to assist EAL students.
- Is committed to offering extracurricular activities and out-of-classroom learning opportunities.
