We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional and innovative leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Deputy SENDCo/Deputy Head of Inclusion. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in fostering ongoing excellence throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SENDCo to develop and assess individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Offer support and training to educators regarding inclusive practices.
  • Establish strong connections with students and their families, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and promote a culture of high performance.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
