As a result of the ongoing success of GEMS Metropole Al-Waha in Dubai, we are excited to invite applications for the position of Deputy SENDCo/Deputy Head of Inclusion, starting in August 2026. We are currently in search of an exceptional and forward-thinking leader to become part of our Senior Leadership Team as Deputy SENDCo/Deputy Head of Inclusion. The successful applicant will be instrumental in promoting ongoing excellence throughout the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SENDCo to develop and oversee individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Offer support and training to teaching staff regarding inclusive practices.
- Foster strong connections with students and their families, ensuring their needs are properly addressed.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to a culture of high performance.
