Caretaker

St Peter's Catholic Primary School in Leamington Spa are seeking to appoint a part time Caretaker to work 15 hours per week for 52 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to work under broad direction and laid down procedures.
• Be responsible for managing caretaking services to all buildings forming the school site, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Be responsible for undertaking minor or temporary maintenance and repairs.
• Contribute to the school’s statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
