Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

  • Cultivate positive relationships with all members of the school community.
  • Design engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements in collaboration with other teachers.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and adapt to various working styles.

  • Fulfill the requirements for evaluating and monitoring students' progress and achievements.
  • Utilize assessment data to inform ongoing planning, provision, and interventions.
  • Offer constructive feedback to parents and guardians regarding students’ progress during Parent Teacher Conferences and other gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature (or equivalent) and a B.Ed.
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching at both Primary and Secondary levels.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (equivalent to IELTS 6 or higher).
  • Valid Teacher Qualification Certification/A KHDA/ADEC/SPEA/MOE teaching approval.

Compensation
