Our School
Rugby School Dubai (RSD) is set to welcome its first students in August 2026. The Post
We are seeking a remarkable educator and leader to assume the position of Head of Computer Science, responsible for the strategic guidance, promotion, and management of a department that is already recognized as one of the top performers in the region. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a current department head or a driven and skilled teacher looking to advance their career. It is a key middle leadership role within the school, and the ideal candidate will possess the necessary experience and qualifications for this position.
The successful applicant will:
• Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, likely obtained from a British university.
• Have at least three years of teaching experience in a British curriculum environment.
• Possess a PGCE or another relevant teaching qualification.
• Be qualified to teach A Level Computer Science.
• Have experience in team leadership.
• Prioritize students in their teaching approach.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for ongoing professional development.
• Be willing to engage fully in school life, contributing to both pastoral care and co-curricular activities.
